Product Description

This aluminum cover is designed for interior and exterior seismic applications for cover concealment in deeper floor finishes. The cover plate has a deep recess that accepts thicker floor finish materials. The caulk joints expand and contract for minor thermal movement while the center pan assembly lifts and returns to a normal position after a seismic event.

 

MSD-QSZJ is featuring a POP-UP system, which is pan system designed for generous thermal and seismic movement requirements and narrow sight lines that minimize aesthetic disruption to flooring finishes.

 

It ideally designed for high grade marble, granite, limestone and paver floor finishes to handle various directional movements.
