Basic Information
MSDG All Aluminum Floor Expansion Joint Cover System consists of aluminum bases, an extruded aluminum top plate, a center slide bar and a water barrier (fire barrier optional) beneath. The top plate with safety grooved lines covers the whole joint exposing surface and its bases so as to ensure MSDG intergal outlook.
Brief Introduction
MSDG is capable of accommodating multi-directional seismic, vertical displacement and parallel lateral shear movement.
Beveled edge can be speed dump to control traffic and grooved surface is designed for non slip which cares for
pedestrain safety.
Exposed fastener makes maintenance easier.
Variable cover plate materials: Aluminum, stainless steel, hot deep galvanized versions are available for cover plate.
Classic traditional blockout mount and cover design is original version of many other expansion joint systems.
